Weather Changing Machines

Second graders have been learning about weather during science and our enrichment time. This week, we discussed the concept of change.

We read the book What Will the Weather Be Like Today? Students were then asked to think of their favorite type of weather and create a weather-changing machine! Students had to draw a diagram of their machine, give it a name and explain what type of weather it makes and how it works.
